CALIFORNIA ONLY - Acting with the authority granted by Bail Agents, we provide apprehension of local bail skips and fugitives, or fugitives from other states who have relocated to our area, returning Bail Fugitives into custody. Non-lethal methods are used to subdue resistive fugitives, including 50,000 volt Electro-Muscular Disruption technology resulting in Neuro-Muscular Incapacitation (TASER). Local law enforcement may be utilized to assist with the arrest and transport. Fugitives are transported safely, humanely and securely "forthwith".
